International Aqua Yoga Workshop Held at Kharazmi University – Karaj

The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in Karaj, in collaboration with the LEC International Institute, successfully hosted a specialized International Aqua Yoga Workshop (Theory and Practical).

This workshop, aimed at enhancing the scientific and practical skills of enthusiasts in water sports and yoga, took place on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd of Dey, 1404 (corresponding to December 22nd, 23rd, and 24th, 2025), at the Amphitheater Hall of the Faculty of Physical Education at Kharazmi University.

The international instructors for this course were Dr. Reza Habibi and Dr. Leila Mostofi, both renowned professors in the fields of Aqua Park and Water Sports, who provided training on the theoretical foundations and practical execution of yoga in aquatic environments.

At the conclusion of the course, participants were awarded valid international certificates from Kharazmi University and the LEC Institute.

This event received extensive welcome from students and enthusiasts of yoga and water sports, and is considered an effective step towards expanding international academic and practical activities in the field of physical education.

 

إقامه ورشه عمل دولیه للیوغا المائیه فی جامعه خوارزمی – کرج

نظمت کلیه التربیه البدنیه والعلوم الریاضیه فی کرج، بالتعاون مع معهد LEC الدولی، ورشه عمل متخصصه ودولیه للیوغا المائیه (نظری وعملی).

أُقیمت ورشه العمل هذه، بهدف رفع المستوی العلمی والمهاری للمهتمین بالریاضات المائیه والیوغا، فی أیام 1 و 2 و 3 من شهر “دی” لعام 1404 هـ.ش، فی قاعه المسرح بکلیه التربیه البدنیه بجامعه خوارزمی.

قام بتقدیم الدوره المدربون الدولیون، الدکتور رضا حبیبی والدکتوره لیلی مستوفی، وهما من الأساتذه المعروفین فی مجال الأکوا بارک والریاضات المائیه، حیث قاما بتدریس الأسس النظریه والتطبیق العملی للیوغا فی البیئات المائیه.

فی ختام الدوره، مُنح المشارکون شهادات دولیه معتمده من جامعه خوارزمی ومعهد LEC.

وقد لاقی هذا الحدث ترحیباً واسعاً من قبل الطلاب والمهتمین بالیوغا والریاضات المائیه، ویُعتبر خطوه فعاله نحو توسیع الأنشطه العلمیه والعملیه الدولیه فی مجال التربیه البدنیه.
